Ordering & Personalisation
How do I personalise my order?
It's easy! On each product page, you'll find options to enter your personalisation details — such as names, text, and colours — and you can also upload your own image or design directly before adding the item to your cart. If you have any special instructions, you can leave a note too.
Can I upload my own image or design?
Yes! Each product page has an image upload option so you can add your own photo, logo, or artwork before adding to cart. For the best print quality, please use high resolution images (300dpi or above).
Can I preview my order before it's made?
Yes! For most orders we'll send you a digital preview via email before we start production. Please check your emails after ordering and respond promptly to avoid any delays.
What if I make a mistake with my personalisation?
Please double-check all names, spellings, and uploaded images before submitting your order, as we print exactly what you provide. If you spot an error, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before production begins.
Production & Turnaround Times
How long does it take to make my order?
Our standard production time is 2–3 working days. During busy periods (such as school leavers season or the run-up to Christmas), this may be slightly longer. We'll always keep you updated.
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before you need your items, especially for group orders or events. This gives plenty of time for production, delivery, and any amendments if needed.
Do you do rush orders?
We'll always try our best to accommodate urgent orders — please get in touch before placing your order and we'll let you know if we can help.
Sizing & Products
How do I choose the right size?
Each product listing includes a size guide. If you're unsure, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. For group orders, we're happy to advise on sizing — just get in touch.
What printing method do you use?
We use high-quality vinyl printing and DTF (Direct to Film) printing depending on the product and design. Both methods produce vibrant, long-lasting results that wash well.
How do I care for my personalised item?
To keep your item looking its best, wash inside out on a cool wash (30°C or below), avoid tumble drying, and do not iron directly on the print. Following these steps will help your design last as long as possible.
Delivery
How will my order be delivered?
We ship across the UK using tracked delivery services. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we ship within the UK only. If you're based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please get in touch and we'll see what we can arrange.
Group & Bulk Orders
Can you handle large group orders?
Yes! We regularly fulfil bulk orders for school year groups, hen and stag parties, sports teams, and more. Please get in touch with your requirements and we'll provide a quote and timeline.
Is there a discount for bulk orders?
We may be able to offer discounts on large orders. Contact us with your group size and requirements and we'll do our best to help.
