Ordering & Personalisation
How do I personalise my order?
Use the personalisation fields shown on the product page to enter the requested names, dates, ages, wording or other details. Please check everything carefully before adding the item to your basket.
Can I upload my own image or design?
Image upload is available on products that support customer photos, logos or artwork. If the upload option is not shown on the product you want, please contact us and we’ll confirm whether your design can be used.
Can I preview my order before it is made?
For products requiring a proof, we’ll send a digital preview by email before printing. Please check your email and respond promptly to prevent delays.
What if I make a mistake?
Contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we’ll do our best to correct it. Personalised wording is printed exactly as submitted.
Production & Turnaround
How long does it take?
Most orders are prepared within 2–5 working days. More detailed personalised items may take slightly longer, and during busy periods you should allow up to 7 working days before dispatch. The individual product page gives the most relevant estimate.
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend ordering at least two weeks before an event. For group or urgent orders, contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability.
Sizing & Care
How do I choose the right size?
Check the available options and our size guide before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more relaxed fit.
How should clothing be washed?
Wash inside out at 30°C or below, do not tumble dry, and do not iron directly over the design.
Delivery
How will my order be delivered?
Orders are delivered within the UK. The available delivery service and price are shown at checkout. Tracking details will be provided when a tracked service is used.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently sell within the UK. Customers outside the UK can contact us before ordering to ask whether delivery is possible.
Group & Bulk Orders
We welcome group orders for school leavers, hen and stag parties, teams and events. Contact us with the quantity, sizes and required date for advice and a quote.
